According to me every one should have at least one person in his life with whom he can share all his good and sad moments, Laugh when its good and console us in time of grief. The person may be a friends, brother or parents or a well wishers

I do think that we all need someone to talk to. Some times, though, that person is ourselves. When I feel like I cannot talk to anyone else, I talk to myself by writing my thoughts down, or typing them. IT helps me to clear my mind and see things a little differently.

I agree with you. During the time of creation, God saw that it is not good for man to be alone, that is why He created Eve. I believe that everyone needs someone whom he can share his life with.

absolutely everyone needs help with emotional burdens now and then. But that is what family and friends are for. That is why they are called your "support group" or your "support network"

I used to think I don't need anyone. I learned that it's not possible because in the end, I would look for someone to talk to or just be with. Especially when I feel so low, I'd need company.

I agree. I like to spread it around to several people because I don't want to wear any one person out.
