A choice that's hard to make. I think there are times when we just choose not to enjoy something and make up reasons for feeling that way and blame others or other things for that matter - so why not do the opposite? I have theories why sometimes I myself find it hard to do that (I mean to willfully choose to enjoy life).
1) I feel I don't have the strength to do it. In other words, I feel lazy.
2) I think too much, to the point when I can no longer think constructively, or really think about anything at all.
3) I don't have a very good reason to.

I do believe that emjoying life is a choice. It is all about attitude. It's interesting that the same event can happen to two different people and their reaction to the event can be completely different depending upon the life experience that you bring to everything. Sometimes it's hard, but I try to bring a positive attitude to things and when something unpleasant happens, I look for what I can learn from it.

Yeah, enjoying life is a choice. If you think it is bad, it will turn out to be bad. If you think it is good, then it will be good. So it is really a choice whether you want an enjoying or boring life.

Yes, even those with th e most severe of illnesses or disabilities have the choice to enjoy life or not to. I personally have my off days, but I choose to love life and enjoy it. Why waste such a beautiful gift? Get out there and enjoy it, is whatI say.
