Is there really an effective "Belly Fat Pill"?

Ever since I can remember, I have always had what women call a belly "Bulge".I have tried dozens of weight loss diets, pills, excercises, all with no results.I have always watched what I eat, so I know this is not something that has to do with eating unhealthy food, and I excercise regularly.But no matter what I do,(try a different diet,ab crunches,etc...) I get nowhere. In fact, sometimes I think that my "Belly Fat" has GROWN! (hahaha). So is there anyone out there who has found a solution or at least a certain excercise that has made their "belly fat" decrease? Thnx!

maybe yes, but i haven't succeeded in it. Partly because the effect of the pill, and partly due to my bad eating habit and no exercise.

When I was young I had a lot of weight to lose and joined Weight Watchers. I was concerned as I lost weight that the belly fat was still there but my sponsor told me it all eventually comes off, although it might be the last bit to be affected. She was right! If you lose all you need to, it comes off all over your body but not in the places you want when you want it to. Be patient. People make a lot of money on pills and special equipment to banish the belly fat when all people need to do, usually, is get down to their target healthy weight. That's just my experience and my body, but I suspect it's true with most people.

To tell NO there is no belly reduction pill yet , if yes it wont even act faster but trust me i have reduced a lot of belly fat by just a simple excersice at home every morning and evening. all you have to do is just lie on your back hold your hands at the back of you head fold your knees upright ask some to hold your knees and feets just do crunches atleast 20 in morning and 20 in evening drink lemon with honey mixed in warm water empty stomach every morning, and just see the results within 15 days you yourself will feel lighter than before trust me you will come here again find me and thank me for sure :)
