friends today i reached the minimum on this site and the site didnt pay me and i got the message below which i have shown in the photograph, the photograph clearly shows that the ptc is a scam and now the site is not opening at all and the end of another site..
how many of you are the members of this site and how many of you were paid from this . this is the first cashout for me and i joined the site in 2 nd of last month when it was paying instantly and exchanged referrals for the site too but now everything is gone ....

Today I can`t open it slao,I hit this site many times,I was very angry,can anyperson know how to punnish this site?
