What to do to get good sleep?

I think to get a good sleep one needs to overcome the tensions and stress of the day. Work more or exercise for 30 mins. or so. Eliminate negative thoughts from mind. Don't sit idle in any case. If free then one can read a good book. These things can improve sleep.

If you are out of any stress or tension and have not had a hot exchange with your friend and have been in good mood sleep would follow automatically. Or else you can do some exercise or before going to bed take up a book of your interest. You will soon fall asleep.

Hey dear, i dont understand why i cant get sleep on saturdays and sundays, like all other weekdays, i dont think anything even, but particularly the weekend, i dont know what happens, i really have to struggle a lot to sleep. may be i have some tension when i am free these days, i never gave a thought. thanks for your response.

I think one of the good way to get good sleep is to have good dreams. In the past for around four years, I had been doing night shift and I had been working in the day shift also for another company. I had been sleeping for around 18 to 20 hours continuously during the weekends. I think one of the way I used to fall into sleep is by dreaming about the lovely things in the world and different places I want to visit. I think when a person is very tired, he may fall to sleep easily.

oh ya, i also wash my legs, feel very sleepy when i wash my legs and come and lie down on my bed. feel very cool and relaxing. i dont get sleep on saturdays and sundays until late night 2 or sometimes even 4, infact that is early morning. i feel very boring at such times and get very irritated due to no proper sleep. thanks for your response.

I'll take a hot bath in order to get good sleep.
I'll think something positive, like I work very well today, and tomorrow will be a better day, something like that. ^^
