what do you do if you suspect your friend is lying?

well here's my story , I have this friend which I suspect he's lying about some friends I have , one of them I know it's true he had proof but the others I just can't believe it. He is also a friend of my 'enemy' sort of... he says he's backup and that he's just a friend and that I'm his only best friend. I make websites and suddenly my 'enemy' makes one with the same subject of a website I was working on... I'm suspecting he's not my friend anymore and he's trying to make me have a breakdown... he's good at this stuff... which is playing with people's minds. Sometimes I plan that I just talk to no one at school and only thrust my gf which I knew since I remember and sometimes I say just threat other people just as minor friends and don't thrust them just like I usually do , but when I do that I feel there's a huge thing on my stomach and that I'm exploding , who should I thrust the most? should I face my friend ?should I just leave my thought's in my mind and thrust?

Take a step back for a while. Don't tell you friend the really important stuff that you do. Just give your friend useless pieces of information.
I am in a situation where I know that a female is lying to her partner about me. Her partner was a close friend for 4 and half years. I can't say anything to him because of his love for his partner.
She had asked for my advice in regarding to do something for her partner. I was happy to help her. In return, she used that to stab me in the back. She said her partner that what I had said to her offended her.
With what she said to him, was that I was trying to put a wedge in between him and her. But the real truth is that she was working it so that she put the wedge betweem me and my friend.
It was something I only discovered recently. If I try and talk to him about the situation, I know he won't believe me, he will believe his partner who is spinning him lies.
