the time a student spends on the computer

Students tend to use computers more and more mowadays. There are several reasons for this. First, computers facilitate us in more aspects of life. Also, the fast development of the internet enlarges our demands for using computers. We can easily contact with friends in remote places through the internet. Besides, the prices of computers are getting lower and lower,which enables more students to purchase them.
ALong with the time spent on computers,there arise some problems. The most serious one is that many students are spending so much time playing PC games so that they ignore their studies. It is urgent to let the students use computer in a proper way.

As a student,the time I spend on playing PC games is too much.A few years ago,I managed to purchase a computer and I was so happy.However,the PC games destroyed my life.More and more time was used to play games online and I completely ignored my studies,so I was always punished by my teachers.Hope students leave away from the computer as far as possible.

i completely agree with u. my studies has also been affected by the pc as i spend a lot of time on playing games and watching movies. but i don't think just living away from the pc is a solution. it depends more on the self-resolution. and moreover living away from the pc might not be an option for many students like me who need computers for their studies.
for eg. i'm doing my graduation in field of computers, so i can't live without a pc at all.

Yes computers are used more and more now a days because of low prices and availability of materials to study it has been a very good medium for social networking communication and knowledge about anything you say and anything you want

For every invention there will be good thing also the bad things. In computers the good thing is we can learn any thing without spending much money. In our finger tips we will be having lot of information. The bad thing is using the computer for other things like games. That will take off the mind from the study to some thing else. Still playing games for a short period will reduce the stress and tension and gives good mood to study the subject.
