When I tried to sign in, it told me that my account was suspended permantly due to inactivity. How can I get started again?

Hi i think you were inactive for more than 60 days so ur account suspended better try to open another account from a cyber cafe and continue for $2 if they would pay you means no problem in your account.

Not sure if opening an account from a cyber cafe would help. I have the same email...should I use a different one?

yes you can use another email id that will be god for you.
