Raw and Smackdown brought together

Now as many people have seen in the past weeks it looks like there is going to be a swap over between HHH and Cena, HHH coming back to raw and Cena going back to smackdown, i am however wondering if there could be more to the goings on at the moment, like with vickie being manager of both brands could this be the shaping of a combined show with an extra hour included to save money in this time of global financial crisis? could WWE be feeling a little pinch in money department and this is their solution?
Just a little thought to throw out there, i am however probably totally wrong over this but it plausable.

WWE aint running out of cash - start worrying when u watching when the audience starts thinning out.
The reason for all these extreme storylines is because we are on the eve of Wrestlemania 25 and they are trying to make it the most memorable Wrestlemania yet.

That is a pretty good idea but it would never happen because there are just too many WWE Superstars and not all of them would get air time or be able to compete. Maybe, a better idea would be to combine ECW and Smackdown and call it something like Extreme Smackdown and combine those two brands. I don't think WWE would do that either.
