What will you do if someone hit your new car??

If someone hit my new car first of all i will give one punched to the driver face then i will call the police and then i will demand for the damage of the car.
Just imagine, you have new brand car, you are driving it for the first time, unluckily and unfortunately someone hit your new car from the back side and your back light smashed into pieces and got scratch mark.
At that moment what will you do? Please share your responds.

I would take the driver's insurrance information. Then, I would contact the police to make sure that the accident was doccumented and so they are able to take the other driver's info as well. Then, I would contact the insurrance company. They can handle the situation better than inflicting injury on another person and most likely getting yourself in trouble with the law. In the end, the insurrance company will handle everything and the car will be fixed or will be replaced.

Hi there..if you did that here in america, you would only be adding to the problem..If you punched the driver then called the police, you would be charged with assault. Hitting the person is not going to solve the problem. Problems are never solved through violence. Thats what insurance companies are for. You work it out with them. Accidents do happen.

sometimes it works in India, OK that's fine i will take care of myself if i got chance to be in America,coz i heart that America is too strict in rules and regulation. That's true violent are never going to solve the problems but at that situation i may not tolerate myself, but i will control myself. Thanks for suggestion.

Me too!..If I had 2 cars and one was new, I would also need 2 driveways..one for each!..
