Do you think that laughter really is the best medicine? It seems that laughter can be contageous, you notice if you are in a good mood laughing, others around you cant help but laugh.

Really? When I broke my leg and tried to laugh it off, it still hurts.

But I bet it made it hurt a little bit less.

Laughing is great medicine and makes you feel good. When I get to work in the morning my friends are laughing from the word go.

Yes, I believe laughter is the world's greatest medicine. I've used it for years to cure what ails me. It has never failed me. "If we couldn't laugh we would all go insane" ~ quote from a Jimmy Buffet song.

Yes, I do think that laughter is the best medicine. Laughter can certainly help when you're feeling sad, stressed, or something. I'll admit that it doesn't always help, but I can definitely say that it has helped me feel better on a number of occasions. It's great what something like laughter will to do.

Yes i agree. Personally, i naturally gravitate towards people who are wacky, cheerful and not-so-serious, because I'm a natural comic myself. I tend to make faces or throw funny lines to cheer up my office mates so the workplace won't be as dull. Sharing anecdotes and jokes during lunchtime is also a good way of de-stressing ourselves during our usual office routine.
