How would I tell my friend that her make up is ugly without offending her feelings?

I dont know if I would tell my friend her makeup was ugly. That might just be your opinion. If she likes to wear it that way and she thinks it looks good let her wear it. I hate make up period but I dont ever comment on other peoples choices.

That make sense, maybe the problem is in me because I am not into make up too.LOL
