How to Forget Someone that we love

i am type of the person who often forgot. But still why i cannot take my first memories of my first love. I had relationship with someone dozens of times, but still i just can not forget my memories with her(my first true love). The more i'll try to forget her, the more i love her (sigh....). Can anyone share with me how to forget someone that we love most ?

they are just the memory of the fast and we have to take some time to the present and become so busy in the things that we feel it will be the good thing to do for us.
We could not stop thinking the past if we allow our self to open again our heart to that person.

well i guess it takes a lot of time to forget someone that we love. It is never easy to forget everything and go ahead in life because of some reason or the other our past tends to follow us every single time.
