Can I buy items on Ebay even if my PayPal account was unverified?

Can someone tell me about dis.. can i still purchase any products on ebay? and also i want to know where to purchase online that can deliver the item worldwide... (I'm from Asia) thank you....

If you have money on your paypal account then you can certainly use it to purchase on Ebay. Cheers!!

Being not verified means that you cannot transfer your money to a bank account or credit card. But you can receive and send payments when you purchase online. Try it out at ebay. =)

as i know,u can not buy any products using unveified paypal.but u can receive money although the amount of money is limited.

I think no because you cannot transfer money to other people's account unless you are verified.
