Do we need to verify our alertpay account for transfering funds to neobux or vise versa....my paypal account is not verified...can anyone help me..

Mybe you need a Visa Card! Then you can enter your card number into Paypal!

i think you have to verify first your alertpay account..^^ so that your funds can be transferred.
