What do you say first when you meet your friend after a long time?

Hi friends... I think most of the people had missed their friends for a long time. They may apart after their school days or after their college days. So some day if you meet them somewhere suddenly, what would be your first word you tell them or speak to them? How would be react when you see them?

Fully aggree I have just started seeing some old freinds again after spliting with my partner, and I always give them a compliment before telling them to much about myself, (you never know they may have changed to the way they used to be)

my first reaction whenever i see a long lost friend of mine is i wear a big smile then kiss them and say "wow! i miss you so! how's life?" that's the usual thing i say..^^
