Who cares more about women underwear? men or women themselve?

Today when i was window shopping and noticed many posters in the shop, i suddenly wondered whether men or women care more about women's underwear? i mean do men really adore or look at their wives' underwear ? if not, why are women so crazy about this?

Men are more crazy about women under wears. my man never stops asking what kind i was going to shop for, and making suggestions. and even naming the once in prefers me in, or he would love to see me in.
