they should work...do you know why their husbands dont want to work after marriage ???? itz because they dont beleive or rather say they dont trust their wifes...or may be they dont want their children to be spoiled or may be they want their parents ie in-laws should be cared...or may be they feel insecure when his wife earns more than he do ...but the first and the last case is experienced most

Anyone who wants to work and enjoys it, married or not, should do so. Even after marriage we need to maintain our personal identity and our careers are part of that. I also believe that if a woman wants to stay home and be a wife and a mother that is great too.

i think if the people r financially stable then there isn't any need for work. however, girl want to utilize her skills then she can go ahead by permission.

I think it should be a personal and financial decision... if it would benefit the household financially to have both persons work .. than by all means, why not? If you don't have to worry about finances, then it should be a decision you both make together. Some women need/want to be included in things outside the home, like a job or hobby.. and others are content at home taking care of things.

Guys: a word of advice. Marry pretty women or ugly ones. Short ones or tall ones. Blondes or brunettes. Just, whatever you do, don't marry a woman with a career.
Why? Because if many social scientists are to be believed, you run a higher risk of having a rocky marriage. While everyone knows that marriage can be stressful, recent studies have found professional women are more likely to get divorced, more likely to cheat and less likely to have children. And if they do have kids, they are more likely to be unhappy about it. A recent study in Social Forces, a research journal, found that women--even those with a "feminist" outlook--are happier when their husband is the primary breadwinner.
