Do you pretend as somebody else when you are ashamed of yourself?

As much as I hate to admit to it, I am guilty of condemning myself to such ignorant and idiotic behavor. Although the frequency is rare I still partake in these acts hoping for self-enlightenment. I wish I didn't, though. It's best to be yourself. NEVER act like anyone but you. (Impersonations are an exception)

we don't need to be someone else even we feel ashamed.we don't need feel that way. cos we are have our own special personality.maybe sometimes we feel ashamed cos a thing in one situation, but if that happen, maybe we can smiling and say to ourselves : " everythings is okay. " or we just can silent. i always do that if i feel embaressed.
