Well the news doesn't stress me out but I do get tired of all the negativity. I usually watch my favorite cable news channell in the morning while Im getting ready for work but latley I've just been popping in a DVD to have something on while Im getting ready.
I mean there are things in the news to be stress about, but most of those things I can't do anything about because its out of my control. There are plenty of things for me to stress out about that are in my control.

Thats how I look at it. If I cant do anything about it why stress out about it.

There are some news that stress me out a little. Not all news, but some news for sure. There are just some things that aren't easy to handle, and such. It's just the way some things are. Some news can just cause some stress. We just need to find a way to deal with the stress that some stress cause.

There are times yes when I cant take it anymore and have to change the channel since it is all depressing news!!! A couple years ago a station here tried to do the news and in every half hour do a happy story... they dont do that anymore, ratings must not have done well.... truly sad!!
now I watch it for the weather and on sunday mornings for anything that is going on around town...like festivals or something.

That is news, exaggeration of events made by media of course there be negative and positive effect and impact. It meant to alert us if we're aligned with the events happening and to take extra caution steps to not be in the circle of the stories "fueled" in that particular news. They have to promote the "hot" story to become leading in getting the story. Having said, business property in media.

No matter what the media hides behind these news ,i stii need to konw what's going on around the world.Men are social animals, anyway. To be frank ,sometimes some certain news stess me out.Recently,i am concerned about news on jib market which turns out to be difficult for university graduates to get a decent job during the global downturn.Hwever ,news will be outdate while we have to live on,as written in Jay's songs.Fighting

I think that the news is always doom and gloom. I think the goal is to keep us all stressed out and afraid. Also, "good" news is not what gets people to watch the news. I watch the news so that I can know what is going on in the world, not just in my little corner of it. I was recently told to watch the BBC news as they supposedly "tell it like it is". Don't know if this is true or not. I truly feel that the gov't wants us to do as we are told, etc - not to think for ourselves. Personally, I want to think for myself and I don't want to be a sheep. Unfortunately, I think that the news programs on tv don't promote thinking for oneself.
