If i do have problems, i do pray to God even more because i cannot do it on my own, i know that God speaks through his Word , the Bible and i am being comforted by that.
I also do talk to my husband about my frustrations and he would also make me ease because he is ready to listen and suggest things i would do to make it easier on me so that this heavy burden would not go on for long.
If you have closest friends that you trust and depend on, you can also talk to them and ask them about their opinion and suggestion because it is an outlet for you. If you cannot do meet friends, just eat your favorite dessert or food and for a while be happy of what you have, smile and I am sure, the day would pass by and it will be resolved too.

First of all you need to decide if you are stressing over something that cannot be changed. If it cannot, you need to find a way to deal with your problem that is going to relieve some of that stress. If you are just plain stressed, you need to slow down, take some time out for yourself. Remove yourself from the stress for even just a while - take a walk, go for a coffee, blow off some steam. If you are stressed all the time, it is very bad for your health. I have learned to let go of things I cannot control and not to worry and stress about things. They always work out in the end and worry and stress do nothing to solve any problems. They only serve to make you feel worse and intensify a situation.

If I have a problem, I'll check what my options are. Is the problem worth worrying? Can I directly solve it? What do I need to solve the problem at hand? After evaluating the problems, then I proceed on solving it. If the problem can not be solved or there's nothing I can do about, I leave the solving for God and time.
As for stress, well, I just do what need to be done. And if I feel exhausted after doing so, I'll spend a quality time with myself. That way, I will be refreshed and ready to face the next round of life's challenges.
Problems and stress can only let us down if we let them. We only have to learn how to manage them and worrying is not going to help. Analyze the situation, check and weigh all the options, plan how to change the situation, then execute the plan.

When dealing with problems and stress, what i do is step back, calm my self and analyze what was going on. Once i am calm and had thought about the things that made me stress/problem, i look for a solution that is beneficial not only to me but to the other person/people involve around the problem. It is good to reflect first before doing anything because it end in a good way that no one is hurt in the process. But the best solution for me is to pray for guidance that i may find the right solution for my problem.Everyone needs spiritual guidance esp when you are down. Sometimes when i a stress, i go out of the house and just walk around the neighborhood by myself with no kids in tow. It helps me to regenerate my energy and strength and im ready to deal with a new stress again. :)

I go to the gym, I do things I like doing, I write, I go for long drives on the interstate when there's little traffic, I go see a movie, I remember the worst possible scenario and what would happen if it cam etrue and realize it's probably not as bad as I'm making it out in my head.
