What's the #1 reason why people fail to make money in online businesses?

I think its the mindset, Internet business startup cost is so low that most people treat it as a hobby, instead of as a business..so they get "hobby" checks..
What do you think??

I think it is because people want a easy way to get things done. I do stuff online but it isn't easy you wanna make real money it's gonna take work. I build websites and build programs so that is my online business i guess you could call it.
