Double Cross cousins

May someone explain if they are How are they different from first cousins? are these double cross cousins just like half siblings? Thanks.

I am not sure what it is myself, but my guess would be the same as a cousin twice removed, aka, a cousin who's been married twice's husband might be your cousin twice removed...
