To each their own, but I gained my life and zest back when I gave up sugar and excess carbs and processed foods. Try the Paleo Diet. I ger sluggish when I do not eat enough protein.

Just curious but what made decide to try this? Did you have a health issue that led you to this?
I'm asking because I have problems with eating. Anything, everything I eat makes me ill so I generally only eat once a day.
