do you earn for starting discusions

I have noticed that I make more when I start discussions. I set myself a goal of starting 10 discussions a day. But, I haven't been good about making it. Haha. I think it has a lot to do with how popular your discussion is after you have started it, though. I have noticed that I've gone up by a whole dollar a day when a lot of people respond. But, I haven't seen any proof information. I'm pretty much just figuring this out as I go, and having myself some fun!

Not sure how much you earn from starting a discussion, I was originally told that you don't get paid for starting them just for responding, but then others say that you get paid for starting and responding. I know that you can earn more if the posts are more descriptive and this probarly applies to the responses you give to your original question. Then you also need to rate the post (I normally only rate positive), and also Tag it as well. The set up they have hear is too complicated, and nobody knows how they exactly calculate it, and I think it is far more intermingled than just 1 cent a post etc. Just do your best, Post a lot and enjoy it and the earnings will soon rise. I believe so, but as for how much I don't think anyone knows. You get paid for participation, that is pretty much all I know and when I spend a lot of time responding to comments that are left on the discussions I started I tend to earn more, exactly how much though I do not know the exact numbers.

You do earn more if you started a discussion. But, don't have a fix rate, more depend on how interesting is your discussion to earn the extras. As for responding to discussion, it is fix rate at 1cent. This is based on what l have earned so far.

If you started a discussion and people respond on it and you not write comment back means no earning. Only starting discussions means no earning we should comment back also.

Hi, We earn for starting discussion . I think earning depends on our star rating. It also depends on our discussion quality. I haven't tried to find out it. I am just enjoying mylot.

I believe you earn 2 cents for starting a discussion and 1 cent for responding to one. If you start a discussion and add photos from your computer (your own), you get an extra 2 - 4 cents. I am not sure how they determine if you get 2 cents, 3 cents or 4 cents. Also, make sure you tag each discussion and response to each discussion.
