I heard this saying
'when the going gets tough, the tough keeps going'
maybe I got it wrong but I think you know which one I mean
it's hard to cheer up and hope for brighter future, in times like this
but without hope, our lives will be empty

Nearly everyone goes through some tough depressing time for one reason or another. I find the best cure for me is to focus on some future event that I'm looking forward to. This usually outweighs the depression.

I just watched my daughters health and mental capacity deteriorate to a level that seemed impossible to live through. Doctor after doctor found nothing but mental illness and gave her more and more presciption medications. A complete personality change, forgetfulness, she seemed almost childlike at times. And then a simple fall, a knot on the head, was all it took to find a brain tumor. The fear I felt for her almost unbearable. And then to watch her each day after the surgery become more and more her old self. To walk, and talk and think almost normally. To be released from the hospital after just 6 days. SIx days after her skull was opened and brain exposed to remove a tumor. My grown daughter walked into the hospital shuffling her feet and wearing a diaper, barely remembering why she was there. And then 6 days later she walked out, not shuffled walked, excited to go home. My thoughts on there's no impossilbe.......
Yep, because anything is possible.

I totally agree that there is no impossible in life! I think tough time never lasts but tough people do! Of course we get depressed from time to time, but we have to remind ourselves that we have to keep on dreaming and hoping, and stay positive! I always think that the brain power of human brain is invincisible!

He's right... you can have anything in life if you want it enough. However, it won't just come to you, you have to reach for it, and work towards it if you're to be successful in reaching your goals. There's certainly no limit, if you have a dream.
Brightest Blessings, my friend.

But what do you do when your dreams are crushed or have become nightmares? This phrase is only true if you have any dreams. When you quit dreaming, then what??

it's easy to be depressed these days with the economy condition like this
but life has to go on. we have to keep going and hope helps us do that.

i super agree :)
and when you turn to God- with HIM there's no impossible. Actually mind over matter... and choosing that we can resolve problems in life is a matter of having hope that you can do it and knowing at the end of the day you will surpass all those circumstances :)
being positive is one the keys to enjoy life as what we want it to be.
cheers!:)
just my two cents ;)
happy myLotting!;)

There's no impossible in life? I beg to differ. The day I can say the statement holds true will be the day I come out from dreamland. Impossible is just a lifebuoy of many who self inspired by breaking the word impossible and translate into 'I am possible'. This translates to hope which I feel is hopeless.

If you have dreams of success and happiness and you keep focusing on them each day, imagining that you have already reached those dreams, your mind will being to feel happier and more content. A person with a happier mind, attracts those who have a similar state of mind. And it is a proven fact, that people who are happier are generally more successful in life than those who are not..
As a therapist, I teach people meditative and self-hypnotic techniques to begin the task of training their minds to be happy. For some it works very quickly, whilst others need to put in a little more effort. We seek wealth to be happy, why not get happy first, and then allow wealth to come to us?

The quote " No impossible in Life" is depended on the person. If he or she wants to do the impossible they can do but there is always limitation. Life is like a wheel at present you might be down but there will be times when the wheel turns then suddenly you are up. I guess in life all the hardship and happiness maybe experience by all in different form because that is what life is all about.
