I have made a mistake

First let me state the mistake . I have dispatched goods last saturday, which totaly have 255 cartons . But I found I only can find 253 cartons . They are from two orders . One order missed one because the people can't packing the goods as my packing list , and the other order because some one steal it . Finally,i can't have thought .Then i phone my guider ,but he said that he can't manage it and let me deal with it by myself.And in nextday he blame me because of this .But people say that is not important ,every person has meet this thing .SO pls be easy.Finally , I know why he blame me .Because i usually did things not followes his minds .I don't think that is not right .Because I can't accept his behavior,so I can't do like him . But now i know i can pretend to be the one he want .
