how to get rid of dandruff

Is there anyone that knows how to get rid of dandruff. Not for me for my boss. I cant stand it looking at him and seeing all that white flakes on his shoulders. to me that is gross but if he as a problem i hope he fixes it . Anyone that can give me advice i would thank you . Hope to hear from you

hi,jrstazz!it 's very common to be troubled by dandruff,so don't be too worried about it.when i was a little girl,I'd never had a dandruff problem.as I was growing up,it became a big trouble to me.now I 'm not in my teenager years any more,and the daudruff prolem has relieved greatly.So I think it has a relation to age and hormones.and when using a suitable shampoo,my dandruff decreases;when burning the midnight oil,it increases.So washing your hair regularly with proper shampoo and having full sleep are helpful to resolve your bother.
