what is "bux" mean?

i found many names of ptc websites include the word "bux".but i can not find the word from dictionary.so tell me what "bux" mean,thx in advance!!

I assume it's simply considered a "cool" way of saying "bucks", which means dollars.
So websites that say "bux" are really just talking about money - cash - moolah - the green stuff heh.

aha,thx,i think the bucks is the answer of bux.i am not from english-speaking country,so i dont have deep english sense.

You won't find it in the dictionary. My guess is that it's suppose to be a take-off of the word "bucks." It sounds and looks fun especially for all those make-money websites. Who ever thought of originally was pretty clever, but now there are so many "bux" sites that it's slightly redundant.
