When net stops in the middle of the work

its too bad on the part of indian broad band services.When iam uploading or downloading any software or when iam surfing net my internet stops and takes upto 1 minute to start.
its too bad.If iam doing important work and net stops i just call customer centre and scold to them as bad i can because i have right to get full access to net and a good quality

I get very irritated when net stops for me in the middle
.I have the problem every day.I have to give a complain about it.I think near my place construction work is going on.Thats the reason the net is getting disconnected often.In sites like mylot i have to close the browser and open it again to post discussions.

Yes!it is very hard to face a situation like this.But I don't think cursing the customer care centre people for this will solve the problem immediately.I would use polite words to solve the problem as quick as possible.Those people are not solely responsible,I think.Moreover,the power cuts are there intruding our work.That irritates me a lot too.

I have been in customer service now for a long time, and I dont think scolding the person behind the counter gets you anywhere. Try being nice to them, and you will receive much better results.

I do face this problem sometimes and in fact faced it as recent as last evening. I complain to the service provider and if this is happens repeatedly will take it up with the management/senior staff of the service providers. Inspite of that if there is no improvment, will go ahead and change the service provider.

it always happen to us. when i write some thing and ready to post the message then the connection disconnected then i have to write it again. this is very very disturbing for me.

Its really hard especially if you are rushing to do a presentation. I encountered such problem when internet broke down due to server's problem. At first naturally I feel irritated but then I just said that I cannot correct it if I will be irritated. So, I just stayed calm and wait for it to work again.
