happy or high-paid which one do you prefer?

there are two ways for you,and which one will you choose?
the first one:you can get high-paid,but you have on time with your friends,and you have to bear a strong stress.
the other one:though you're low-paid,but you always feel so pleased,because you can deal with the work easily,having a lot of friends there.
i am just in this case,and have no idea what to do.please share you idea with me,and
i will appreciate your suggestions.

Man, that's tough. Everyone knows that money makes the world go round, but if your making plenty of it and your miserable that's no fun. On the other hand, if your not making much money, yet your having a blast at work and you have a lot of great friends that sounds great. I guess one should try to find a happy medium in this case. The thing is, if your bills start to take over your life then that's when you should be concerned, but if your OK with just getting by than you don't have a dilemma at all.

i just went through this. happy is what i picked. i took a job where i loss a third of my income. but i feel more respected where i am. and i feel my family won't feel the stress that they were feeling from my old job.
