My eating habits , Do you think they are normal?

Hi everyone! I've noticed something about myself lately and I'm wondering if this is normal or not . There are days that I hardly eat anything , and there are days that I can't seem to stop eating . When I eat alot it's mostly junk food . It's like I can't get enough. I'm a very happy person . I don't have anything to be depressed about, and I don't think I have any stress in my life . I can't figure out why I eat differently on different days . Is anyone else like this ? I mean some days I'm just a pig ! and other days I eat like a bird ... I would love to hear from other's . I hope it's normal , lol

If you feel haapy, all is right. But pay attention to your health. So you should eat less junk food. Wish you happy.

Hi fino , I know what your saying . I do need to try to snack on healthy things , like more fruits and less cookies and candy. Thank you for responding , and I wish you happy also !!

it's not how much you eat, it's what you are eating. junk food has useless calories and don't feel you up, so you you grab something to fill that void. but you think in your head" i just ate something, i can't be hungry, i'll get something small". so you get something again with useless calories. now on those other days, you probably had a big meal for of meaningful calories. so you can go awhile before your next meal. i do it too. neither one is good for us. i've been trying to eat a banana for breakfast to get my metabolism started early, then i try to eat four meals of 400 to 500 calories during the day. it keeps me from being feeling empty, but i'm hungry when i eat my next meal.

Hi sparky ! You are right about the junk food being useless calories,but it all just taste so much better on certain days . You bring up a good point about eating a good meal. I think maybe that hit the nail on the head ! Thank you for responding . I'm going right now to eat a good breakfast , maybe I won't be picking at junk food today.
