A Question ?

I think in order to have a slim look ladies watches are smaller than gents,one more reason is that most of ladies prefer small and light ones then bulky and fatty so they are in that way

most women have smaller wrists than men. so you would think that would be the reason that the watches are smaller, thus making the dails smaller.

This probably started from the idea that we're tiny, delicate creatures! They can be beautiful, but they aren't very practical. I love the new style of large watch faces in all but the dressiest ones, so a quick glance is sufficient.

Because women are dainty. Do you really want to wear around a big clunker. They are huge my little wrist don't like that.

the dials of watches of the ladies and gents are made that thay match the wrist size of ladies and gents. as the ladies wrist are small in size so the dials are made of small size that they look good in there hands.

it's a difficult question,hard to explain the reason. but i think it's reason maybe the next intents: 1?the world belongs to men still. men take charge the fashion of the world and make decision of what the world would be. 2?most of women still are at home.they server at home and do houseworks,so they don't always know what had happened or woule happen. 3?the degree of education. in some country, women's education degree is lower than men's. it would impact a lot. 4?there are some Physiological causes. according to some scientical research,men have more rationa than women. p.s. dont mind my grammar.

Average wrist dimensions on men allow for bigger watches than on women. Producing a large watch face for a womans watch greatly restricts the marketing audience, so most watch companies produce mens, womens, and a mixed group for men with small and women wth big wrists.

women in itself signifies tenderness, softness, slim and sleek. there are exceptions everywhere but in general woman are fregile and men are strong. it is the tendency of women to like small and sleek thngs. that is why the dial of women's watches is small.
