Does brisk walk and jogging helps lose weight?

Hi To keep you losing ang manage your weight the right way, you need to do exercise and also a perfect diet, that is take the right supplement. Than when come to do exercise, the best is brisk walk, coz it can protect your bone especially to you ankle and your knee. I lost 5 kg a month. best of luck to you :)

It will as long as you also watch what you eat. Walking or jogging alone will not help you lose weight. You also have to cut back on carbs and calorie intake. But walking or jogging is good for you if done regularly.

Walk at least 20minutes every day for 3 months and after that you will feel the improvement.Not only you loose your weight it also help to give a shape of your figure. Always wear sports shoes to walk.Always walk fast as much as you can.

Ofcourse yes definetly it does, within a month or two you are tend to loose pounds if you are seriously doing it everyday, its the only thing in the world i cannot do lol thats why may be i am unable to loose my weight since so many years. i am trying everything possible but i just cant go out in morning to jog because i got my college in morning and come too late so i dont get time but try at home to do on the spot jogg but i cant do it much

thank you for that quick response.My brother had invited me join him for a brisk walk. But in the afternoon around 4PM.. is this better than in the morning jog or just the same?

well it is ok only the thing is you should sweat like anything the moment you sweat more than you eat, you can eat anything you wish to btu in limit, but you can hog on anything trust me, only thing that the next day you should loose more than what you ate and a little bit more than that.. you will do it better i guess

Definitely, as long as you're also eating healthy. Exercise is always good for your body and is also a very important part of weight loss.
