my lab loves to sleep beside me, is there a way to stop it??? i love my dog but sometimes i want to sleep alone... he even know how to open the door in my bedroom..

I would just get over it and let him sleep with me. The reason is that a bored or angry lab can reck havoc on your house. I have had many and it is safer for your furniture if he just stays in your room with you.
