The drug market is flooded with vitamin and mineral supplements. But do we really need them? There may be unscientific and illogical mixing of vitamins and mineralshow do we know? Can it be a waste?
Unless the vitamin supplements are prescribed by a qualified doctor for therapeutic purpose,we cannot know the requirement and efficacy of such supplements. Further, excess fat soluble vitamins may accumulate in our body and cause problems. To me, it appears that If we take a well balanced diet, there is no need to take vitamin supplements unless the situation actually warrants it. Do you agree?

No not at all. Through our company scientific and medical advisory board led by Dr. David Heber M.D., Ph.D., Nobel Prize winner, and Director of the UCLA Center for Human Nutrition we Wellness and Weight Loss Coaches have been educated with the facts that the problem is that with most foods these days are produced and not grown and if they are grown the are proccessed with fertilizers and hormones that depletes the natural essential vitamins and minerals that we need for our bodies to function properly, fight off diseases, and increase our metabolism. And who actually eats a well balanced diet anymore? With everyone rushing to a J.O.B. going to school, running here and there it takes time and planning to actually benefit from a well prepared and planned meal. With vitamins, they do not accumulate in the body for the most part unless you overload your body with too much (the actual vitamin and mineral suggested intake could be found on the US FDA websites), the body absorbs what it needs and most of the time our digestive procceses eliminate or excretes the neccessary vitamins even before the are absorbed in our system. This in most part happens when we get older. The Villi in our intestines which absorbs the essential nutrients deteriate with age and poor nutrition intake, this inturns causes use not to absorb anything substantial to help our bodies. Although that most vitamins could be prescribed from a physician with a little research and self-education in nutrition you can figure out what you need. Our bodies, though never came with a owners manual, but still it is our responsibility to take care of ourselves in order to become more a benefit to the higher good.
