Will someone PLEASE HELP ME???

I am having problems with my Dell Inspiron 600m. 3 of the 4 lights (lower right hand side below the screen) are constantly flashing orange. I do not know why they are flashing and I do not know how to fix it. what should I do??? also, my backspace key came off and I cant get it back on. what should I do?
