Any rules of conduct where you live?

Here where I live we have so many rules for tenants on how to conduct like no smoking , no drinking or not playing cards ....& so on... Are there any house rules of conduct where you live?

We own our house so we can basicly do what we want. There are some laws tho like you have to have permits for certain things. But we never need to worry about that. We like having our own house and our neighbors aren't too close so it's quite private.

At my place there are not any set rules from the landlord. Between the tenants there are just a few basic guidelines such as not being loud, cleaning up after yourself etc.

no there are no rules, the landlord dosen't care a bit about anything but his money but i wish there were rules though because sometimes other tenants dont care how the things that they do may affect you

we live in a rent house but rules... what rules the landlord dosen't care one bit about anything all he thinks about is his money tell you the truth sometimes i wish there were rules because sometimes other tenants just dont care
