need help with ptp sites

i am searching for a good ptp site where i can get a link to put in my site and get money for every click on it. anybody here uses ptp to earn money? because i am confused with all that "cpm" and the other details that i have to look at, ill be happy if somebody could explain me how this works. thanks for helping..
