see..i m agree with your emotion..but i must say that work always comes first..because our family also supposed to say that to work somewhere for your better life, i mean to say ..work is being supported by your family n u..so i think work comes first, family second, money will be third, cleverly, if u work somewhere, u will automatically getting paid for that work, then wat do u say now?

i say the money and work are together because i only work for the money and if the money isn't enough i don't do the work. my family will always be first. i am a mom and a wife. my child's needs come before my devotion to a job.

one thing i wanna ask u ......u r prefering family as no 1...suppose u r not working anywhere n u need to spend some money on your child for good future of him..then at that time what is most important.money or family..in that case u have to prefer ur work first rather than your family.so i think.work is first n family will be 2nd .because without work n money u cannot run the family......

i am more concern about family than i am anything else. my family is what keep me happy. yes money can buy plenty and get you alot, but it is nothing compared to family. when i think about my life i think about what makes me the happiest and like i said it's family. no there is nothing wrong with work or money, but they can only get you so far. have a nice day.

they are not useless.......becoz your family say to look out a better career in the future...your family will always be supportive towards your work, so i think u should be much concern towards your work,

but dear.to be frank n confident....u cannot keep work in 2nd .suppose ur child has a dream to go n survive some other countries for his education n at the time u didnt have that much money to spend on him...n at that time wat will u do.. i must say u one thing ..if u will be in work then u can ask someone in the office itself for the money n u can fulfil his dream...but if u r not working then to whom u will ask.because no body is going to ask u without work n money..yes i know family memebers are the best.because through them only.we all r happy..without them we even cannot survive anywhere in the world..teh yr only the confident to do anything....but to fulfill all the dream of your family..u have to rank first to your work...this is only the fact.......this is only a blazing truth ..u have to accept...

yup family comes first....but dont u think, u cannot stay with your family all the times,u have to prefer work first...everybody in their life, they always love their family,but if your family supposed to say that son u have to c your better career in your life, for that u have to go to another country, city for bright future, then wat u will say at that time, everything is fine, but u have to concentrate first towards your work, becoz ur family will also be satisfy when u will work better..otherwise they will be unhappy for you. thank you

thanks dear....u have given a gud response but i think u didnt understood....understand your word first...the most important thing everyday is going home and spending whole night with them after your work hard.u have written...understand first..u went to work in the morning and till evening u did your hard work in the office and after returning to your all member care and love you ie good..i appreciate you..according to you..work comes first and then family...ie no 1 work and then family.

saurav- i pity you! you obviously do not understand the importance of family. when you go to bed at night i hope your money and your "position" and your stuff keeps you warm. when you die (without a family) do you really think your work is going to miss you? lol! you are replaceable in your work. your family cannot replace you! i read through this discussion and it is so good to see how many people KNOW what matters in life. You don't.

ok.i need to know one thing..plz dont mind.the question ....u got a call from microsoft that..dear candidate congates u got an opportunity to work with us..for that we r going to pay u handsome salary, accomodation n everything..n you have to join very soon in india....in that case your family has told u..not to go india for microsoft..because we r in need of you..i cannot live without u ...then what will be your decision.family or a well maintained career.....
