On where I can find mizithra cheese? I had it at the Olde Spaghetti Factory and since the closest one of those is 250 miles away, I wanted to try to replicate the dish at home. It's a hard white cheese, near as I can tell it's similar to parmesan or reggiano but it's Greek instead of Italian and what I had was a little bit stronger in flavor. We don't have any kind of specialty cheese vendor here, just the standard grocery stores (Walmart, Kroeger, Safeway)... I thought maybe someone knew of a place online where I could mail order some....
