Yes, it has been started in US and for a time being only US members were allowed to join then it spread to its neighbour country Canada and slowly it is now all over the world. I am sure there can be countries where this isn't even entered but most of them must have one person registered with this site!

it is a good thing that eveyone across the globe is now able to benefit from mylot although countries where paypal does not work cannot earn but they can still participate in discussions.
