Should I learn to drive now?

With the fast development of science and the improvement of our living stardard, the prices of cars in China are doing down. Recently, many colleges in my office have bought cars, and all of them can drive except me . So they urge me to learn to drive. I know driving is the basic ability, but I hesitate to start. First, I can't afford to buy a car in recent years. Second, safety is very important. I am afraid that I can't do it well. If I haven't good skills, maybe I will hurt myself or others. Third, I hate driving. When I smell the gas or oil, I feel upset. And I usually get carsilkness when I get on the car. In my case, should begin to learn driving? Can you give me some advice?

It is up to you. But in my opinion, having this ability is convinent to yourself and others. You could learn, but not driving yourself. Don't worry carsickness, when you drive by yourself, you will not have this feelings. Now in China, cars full of the road, it hardly drive in the city. If you do ,you should be careful. I sent my child to kindergarten by car everyday, now i have good road sense. If you have the conditions, you'd better to learn driving.

Start slow. Once you get it down, it will be a breeze. It's never too soon to start learning.

yeah u shud its something that everyone shud know even if u cant own a car right now u shud have one incase u need to drive in an emergency sitautions i suggest u get it as soon as u can happy lottin and have a nice day!

even if u hate driving....u need to learn driving.it might b helping in future..if not now..anytime in future it might b useful

Don't embarrass by this problem.If you really don't want to drive by yourself, why you take your time to learn driving.You can learn other things that you are interested in. Just as you mentioned,with the fast developmetnof science and the improvement of our living stardard, more and more convenient vehicle should come forth.Dont worry about that. Happy mylotting.

it seems you aren't willing to learn it right now--so much thing listed you are worried about~~ whether you should learn to drive dosn't depend pressure from others. whether you really need the skill of driving now or not near furture~~
