i got a printer today and i just want to knw do i have to have a fax number or i can use the one that came with it how do i knw if someone fax me can you tell me that i got ink in it and the only thing i just want to knw about is the fax thing now and how can i knw if i get one if it is nt hooked up to the phone line do i have to have it hookedup to the phone like plases help me i need to knw can you let me knw think you

You should be able to hook the all in one machine up to your phone line and use your home phone line to fax. You can have a sepperate line set up to fax so that it doesn't interfere with your phone service but you don't have to. Every machine is different so just use the set up instructions it came with.
