Is there anything that scares you? Things that worry you and bother you? Things that you rather not think about cause it drives you crazy? Somethings that scare me are, fire,drowning,falling,talking in front of allot of people,spiders,snakes,leaches,cheating,not having money and so much more.... What about you? Is there anything that worries you or scares you? And if there is, do you do anything about it, to make you feel better? Do you pray,meditate,exercise or try to change the way you think to feel better? Or do you talk to someone about it or do you write poetry about it or write it in a journal?
