I prefer to drink cold drinks on a sunny day.It will keep my body cool for a long time.Drinking fruit juice is also very nutritious and healthy for the body.Drinking plain water also is enough on a hot day.If i eat ice cream. For the moment it will bbe good then i immediately fell thirsty to drink something.Whats your choice on a sunny day?

Hi vicky! I would rather have cold drinks. They are better at quenching your thirst than icecream. I like fruit juices and tea. I have recently tried a blueberry tea that I want all the time. It's just starting to warm up here..as a matter of fact it's the first day of Spring..WooHoo! Summer is coming!

hi vicky30, my dear friend, i love cold drinks and ice creams. infact we always have ice cream in our refrigerator . our family is ice cream lover. in cold drinks i love to have but with no soda. i feel they are not that healthy. i love fresh juices , fresh lemonade. lemonade is a drink which i just love to drink. i often make it at home. my hubby likes it a lot. so i make for him. he like fizz but i like fresh that is the only difference. i love chilled milk shsakes also but he llikes cold drinks. if i am given an option , i will take either ice cream or fresh drink with no sodium and CO2 in it.

I know that cold drinks would be very effective, but I'd like two scoops of Raspberry Chocolate ice cream please :D I'd rather really chew than drink. Which is also why I prefer fresh fruits over shakes or drinks.
Thanks for the response on my discussion!

I prefer to drink chilled water on hot sunny days. The reason why I say this, where I am from we have had really hot days. One day, I just had water for most of the day, then I had a pepsi, and felt hotter. So I went back to drinking water for the rest of the day just to keep cool.

In a sunny day i like to drink orange juice. It is so fresh and delicious ^_^. It will be better if homemade orange juice without artificial swetener. I don't like to buy such product which is sold in the supermarket that contains preservative.

I prefer cold drinks as it can quench my thirst more than an ice cream. I prefer to eat ice cream when weather is cold. Hee.

Ice cream is also good especially this summer but it doesn't quench the thirst brought about by too much heat from the sun.
I think a cold drink would do. I have sore throat now so I am really not craving for either of the the two. Hehe
