We all have our own unique body clocks - some of us are morning people while others are night owls. Some people wake-up at 4:00 in the morning raring to go, while others have a hard time dragging themselves out of bed until noon. So I was wondering, what kind of person are you? What is your peak time of day?

I am an all-around, full-time person. I catnap a great deal. I spend a lot of time writing at night, when things are quiet. During the day, my mind and my thoughts are spinning so quickly due to hard times that I am always moving. I usually stay up until 230-300am and then wake up at 7am to a daily call from my best friend. We talk about what is happening and then usually pray about things. I consider myself an outgoing type of person. I am an extrovert. I like to talk a great deal and I like to laugh. As a grown man who is a convert to Christianity, do not be surprised if you see me shed a tear or two about things that do make me sad. A good cry is better than a good fit of anger, even though I do have those sometimes. Outside of that, I am pretty much a night person, yet, I can get around during the day.

I am a morning person :) I wake up 5am to fix myself going to work. Before I leave I have to prepare everything in the house in order for my husband and my baby. After 9 hours of working in the office, I'll go somewhere to buy the stuff needed at home. Then after that I'll go home to spend the rest of the day with my family. Lesser time for them during weekdays but I'll make it sure that its always a worth spending that time with time. The whole weekends are for them exclusively. :)

I'm the type of person who wakes up before the alarm clock rings. I don't know why... but I wake up 10 minutes before my alarm rings no matter what time I set it to - but that doesn't mean that I'm wide awake when I get up. It just feels the same as having been woken up by someone or something else :) Thanks for the response on my discussion!

Well, as most of people, I wake up early and go to bed on time, but just in some sepcial days, like my birthday, christmas or other important days I will change my habit, spleep late and get up late. I think that is why I am health and seldom get thick.

I always feel moody and sulky in the morning. Can't seem to do anything in the morning, always in the zoombie stage. Best time for physical activities in the late afternoon, always in the mood to take a long long walk. Very creative in the evening, most alert and most cheerful. Like a quiet night, read for 2 to 3 hours before bedtime.
