Which is the best food vegetarian or non vegetarian?

Are u a non vegetarian? What is your opinion abt non vegetarian food? What are d merits of non-vegetarian food? What are d demerits of non vegetarian food? Pls share with me ur opinions.....

Hello,Vivek! The vegetarian people would say vegetarian diet is good for health and likewise the nonveg people say nonvegetarian good for health.But sincerely speaking vegetarian diet is safe for healthy life.Onthe other hand non veg diets create digestive problem,cause cholesterol level increase and may threaten to heart,obesity and diabetes.I am a vegetarian and I am free from health problems at the age of seventy.thanx.

Ok nice to hav ur feed back . i agree with u, but the complete mixed diet says that Non vegetarian is also important and i say this as am a medical student. Sir, but vegetarian food also gives better diet ..

hi hello i am karanvir do u know one thing u dont know about the non veg food u should know that for our body growth we need amino acids and that we can get in non veg food only not in veg food

according to me i would always prefer to the quantity than quality. so anything taken with limits are always healthy. each are equal when taken knowing the limits. but the best non vegetarian dish which will not shoot up your fat is fish. so you can have it daily also.

ok quantity is more important as u say, i agree with it. Quality is also important as qualtyless foods only mostly causes health problems ..

I love veggies, i can live a life just eating lots of veggies!!! here are my top favorite vegetables: Asparagus Broccoli Cauliflower Corn Lettuce Mushrooms Spinach Squash As we all know, veggies have nutritional values(vitamins, minerals, etc) so it's best if we eat lots of them everyday... for longer life!

In case if u ate a lot of veggies as u listed before, then vegetarian is the best. but if u miss any one of it u have to go for the non vegetarian food!! But remember balanced diet s achieved only both by veg and non veg!! Don think am a pure non veg - i like veg tooo..

i not a vegetarian , from me all food must give us a nutrition to continue our live and make us always in good condition.our body need food because can not produce it. Some of this nutrition in non vegetarian some of them in vegetarian food. The best is eat organic food.
