What The Best Cooking Oil

Someone once ask me this question "what is the best cooking oil". I normally use palm oil (red oil) and groundnut (peanut) oil for cooking. I also know of coconut oil and olive oil but i hardly use olive oil because of its taste and smell. My reply was palm oil because of its high content of vitamin A but his reply was olive oil. though he spare me the details but I will like to know what oil is the best cooking oil and why if possible
