I have a tattoo on the back of my shoulder. It's a moon and a star. It really wasn't too painful. It could certainly be worse that this. I'm considering maybe getting another one, but I'm really not sure about it. I'm only thinking about it; it's in the thinking process.

I don't have any tattoo's and I highly doubt I'd ever get one. It's just not something that I really have any desire for.
My girlfriend got a tattoo last year and I wasn't really thrilled with it at first. I'm used to it now and she's happy, so I don't have any problem with it.
She got it on her foot and she said it hurt an absolute ton heh. It's supposed to be an eagle... but to me it actually looks more like a raven. I haven't told her that of course, because I don't want to hurt her feelings heh.

I love tattoos and I have one. Mine represents a specific time in my life and it did not hurt like I thought it would. Women are made to tolerate more pain than men that is why we were given the ability to give birth.

I have no tattoo problem. I will not have one. I can just imagine how one would look when I got all old, wrinkly and saggy. It is also a good way to get diseases from needles. That is to say nothing of the pain and discomfort.

Well, I never plan to because you can't d5on9ate blood to others.... what if someday your blood can save a life.... maybe that life is the person you love....

It depends on where you are, about the blood donations. I believe that you have to have not had the tattoo done within the last year where I am. I know it is the same with piercings, even ear piercing. It is because that is one way that people contract hepatitis, and that disease can be shared through the blood.

I have a tattoo of a tribal design on my lower back (all black) with a small red heart on each side of it. I don't really care about my tattoo now, although I really loved it for years. Now I don't mind it but I usually don't even think about the fact that I have it. I've gotten used to it and I've never regretted getting it, but I guess I just don't care about it now. I got it when I was twenty and now I'm twenty-nine, so I guess the novelty has worn off. My husband still really likes it and likes his own.

Tattoos are addicting! My first one was a huge rose on my back. It didn;t mean anything really, I just wantes something pretty. 4 hours under the needle hurt of course, but once the healing was done and th e pain forgotten, I was ready for more. Sine tattoos are so expensive, my next two were just small little ones. Igot myhusband's name on my ring finger (he's had mine on his finger since a week after we got married), and then we both got matching anchors on out right pinky fingers (my husband loves pirates, and anchors etc.). The finger onesdidn't really hurt at all because they were so quick, but the back one I have killed me. I stupidly wanted to go big for my first one. I didnt want to start with one of those iny little ones more first timers do, but once tht needle had gone to work for about half an hour, I immediately regretted my decision. I love it now though, and consider myself a champ for getting through it. I'm ready for more now! I've been looking online for designs that I like. I plan to get my daughter's name somewhere.... There are so many possibilities!
